Join me on a guided kayaking trip in Lake Vänern’s fantastic archipelago or the magical waters of Dalsland! Your guide has extensive knowledge of the magnificent nature and fascinating history of Lake Vänern and the magical lakes of Dalsland. All kayaking trips take place in small groups. The pace is comfortable so you can really experience the landscape and nature and listen to the guide’s knowledgeable stories about flora and fauna, history and generally about the water we paddle on. Food or coffee with a local connection is offered during all guided kayaking trips and is part of the experience.

TRY OUT PADDLING
A introduction to paddling. We get to know the equipment, paddling techniques and paddling safety. After these 2 hours you are ready for your first trip on your own.
WAVES & WIND
If you want to uppgrade your paddling skills. We train safety techniques and try out to paddle in smaller waves in a safe setting.

We start with a paddling and safety introduction before we explore parts of the great Lurö archipelago.

We explore the wonderful archipelago and its great nature and exciting history for a whole day, including lunch.
YOGA & PADDLING
Wonderful and calm paddling to our sheltered yoga spot with a great view. Here we will enjoy yoga and meditation and som refreshments.

KAyak Rental
You find Fraiwas kayak rental in Ekenäs at the tip of Värmlandsnäs, almost in the middle of lake Vänern. Here you can rent sea kayaks and paddle equipment for an unforgettable and safe kayak tour in the great archipelago of Lurö or Millesvik.
In 2026 the kayak rental will be open between 9 June and 13 september.
We are a approved Kayak Center by the Swedish Canoe Federation.

I also create special kayaking adventures for private groups, companies and larger groups. Among other things, I offer kayak tours with shared outdoor cooking and various fun team-building activities on the water and in nature. And a night under the stars. Your Guide
Water is my element and I spend as much time as I can on or by the water. Both in a kayak and on a sailboat. Being able to glide along quietly and become a part of nature is happiness for me. My favorite water is Lake Vänern with its fabulous archipelagos and open horizon. But I also love the lakes in Dalsland and Värmland, which are embedded in a hilly forest landscape and provide a wonderful wilderness experience.
I paddle all year round in almost all weather and like to be out several days in a row to really enjoy nature and freedom.
I would like to share my passion for paddling and let more people experience the magic of the water. That’s why I examined as a kayak leader (Friluftsfrämjandet) in 2018 and have led paddling trips and courses in rescue techniques and simple paddling techniques since then.
I have a green paddling license (EPP), a FSRT-certificat and I am a Yellow Paddle Pass Assessor (EPP).
Since 2015 I have also been a volunteer sea rescuer at the Swedish Sea Rescue Society with training in lifesaving, CPR and first aid as well as seamanship.
